What happens if an order of mine is damaged in transit?

Every order sent from here is fully insured, and any damaged parcel will be replaced by us and we will claim from our delivery partner responsible for the damage. They will collect the damaged parcel from you upon delivery of the replacement, to investigate how the damage occurred. We will aim to replace your damaged product within 24 - 48 hours.

Can my order be sent to my work address instead?

Yes we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholders address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address that you enter in the Delivery Details section of the checkout form.

How do I register an account?

It's easy; just click on My Account at the top of every page and you will be taken to the registration page. By registering with us you will be able to place orders much faster, and take advantage of our Loyalty Points scheme.

What do you do with my personal details?

We only use your personal details to complete your order, and shortly after completion of your order your payment details are automatically deleted from our system. Your name and address details are stored on our system to make future orders easier. Your name and address details are never sold or passed on to a third party

How long will my order take to be arrive?

90% of standard deliveries should reach the customer within 2 working days. You can upgrade to Priority Delivery for just £3.00 extra. If this option is selected, providing your order is placed before 3.00pm Monday-Thursday, it will reach you the following day between 8am and 5.30pm. All orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will reach you by 5:30pm Monday at the latest.

How do I read and use reviews?

Click on the supplement of your choice and then scroll down just below the main product image. Here you will see a Reviews tab. Just click on this tab to read the full list of reviews and ratings submitted by our customers! Once you have registered with us you will also be able to leave your own reviews.
