Delivery

Delivery on all supplements within the U.K. Mainland is Free. Light items are sent via Royal Mail, heavier orders are sent either via Parcel Force or Intial City Link.

To find out the delivery options available on particular orders, you need to add the product(s) to the basket and proceed to checkout. You do not need to fully complete the checkout process to be shown all delivery and courier alternatives.

All items available in stock are despatched the same day, if the order is placed before 2.00pm. This applies Monday to Friday, orders placed at weekends and public holidays, will not be despatched until the next available working day.

Royal Mail.

Should you be out then a card will be left for you to either reattempt a delivery or you may collect your order from your local main post office, normally noted on the card.

At the time of checkout you can tick the 'Leave with a neighbour' box, if you may be out. Delivery can be from 8.30am unitl 5.30pm.

Once your order has been dispatched it is not possible for Royal Mail to change or redirect the package. They do not offer this service.

Parcel Force.

Initial City Link.

A signature is required at the time of delivery at all time and there are never any exceptions.

Two delivery attempts will be made by Initial City Link, if our delivery agents are unable to complete delivery by a second attempt a delivery charge for the third attempt we be charged at £2.50, but can be signed for by a neighbour at your request.

Redirection of goods once dispatched by Initial City Link is charged at £5.00. The actual cost is £10, but we subsidise this at 50%. Alternatively you may collect your order personally taking identification to the delivery branch.

If delivery is not completed by the third attempt, then orders will be returned tourselves. We are then charged a return cost. On the return your card will be credited less FULL DELIVERY COSTS of £8.50, this is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return back to ourselves.

We recommend that you have your order sent to a work place or to a friend or relative that will be able to sign for your order.

We pride ourselves on our high delivery standards, a signature is required at all times, even on personal collection.

All orders are tracked and insured through all the delivery services we use.

Of course you may change a delivery address at no extra cost, after placing an order, as long as the package has not been dispatched to you.

Unless you selected the FREE 3-5 day delivery option, then your order will be assigned a unique tracking code, which you can use to track the status of your order using the relevant delivery agent.

Orders are either sent by Parcel Force, Royal Mail or City Link, this is decided on by weight and in some instances you will be given more than one ption during the checkout process.

Once you have placed your order and we have updated it here to 'Shipped' and you will receive a confirmation email. Simply log into your online account, click the order history link. under the order number there is a link to the relevant delivery agents website, just make a note of the tracking number next to it, click the link, which will take you to the agents web site, enter the tracking code, click submit and the status of you delivery will be shown.

If that's the case, and you are not going to be in to sign for your delivery, then you can ask us, to leave it will a neighbour, alternatively you have your order delivery to another address.

This can be specified in the separted delivery address fields, during the order completion process.

However, that is until you go through their long checkout process, to then find near the end of countless form filling, that their delivery charges can add up to £5.00 to your final order!
