Recommended Use:

For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 300 - 400 ml of cold water, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds. If you use Myoplex Diet to replace a single meal (= 1 sachet), make sure you drink at least 2-3 litres of calorie free fluids (unsweetened tea or water) throughout the day. If you want to lose weight, you must also eat other foods to provide the body with nutrients. Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions.
